The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and well-kept pools. The Sheraton spa and fitness center were top-notch amenities. The nearby beach was conveniently close and had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff, including guest services and housekeeping, were mostly friendly. The rooms were clean and attractive. The animation program provided by "Choco Holidays" was enjoyable for guests. The presence of a tennis court was a bonus.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel has exclusive amenities that provide a luxurious stay. the Spa & wellness centre offers top-quality treatments, the sun terrace has comfortable sun loungers, and the outdoor swimming pool is a great spot to relax. the garden area is beautifully landscaped, and the beach access is easy to reach. the private facilities are exclusive and add to a great experience.
The only negative aspect was the limited menu in the bar & lounge area. Though the prices were high, the quality of the food was good.

The hotel is located in an idyllic location close to the beach, with good amenities such as Eatery and pool on site. the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a balcony and a view of the garden. the staff was new but provided a memorable service. the breakfast buffet served both Asian and Western options, and the menu in Eatery was well priced and elaborate.
The area around the hotel was a large construction site, which detracted from the scenic views.

The resort was surrounded by beautiful greenery and we enjoyed the amazing pools. It was great to have access to the fitness center and the beach was just a short walk away. We also appreciated the daily animation program that kept us entertained.
The language barrier was a major issue with many employees unable to speak English. There were also limited food options and high prices, especially in the buffet-style restaurant.

Location was perfect, a stone's throw away from the beach. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool.
The hotel was poorly maintained. Paint was chipping off the walls, and the rooms were in poor condition.
